I don't know. I suppose you would start out by talking to the guys responsible for getting new listings (i.e. Business Development) and see what they have to say. Trying to lock up SHAG? -g-

I see we have confirmation that the PPT was responsible for yesterday's incredible recovery, as if we needed any. As I suspected, they won't even let the first halt kick in anymore. Moral hazard is here to stay. -s-
