Hmaly, It's difficult, on one side, you have to give everybody, not only the wealthy, access to the law system, but on the other side, there must be some self protection against crazy lawsuit and legal blackmail. I think our law system as well as yours has over time become to complex, with to many exceptions and to many possibilities for appeal, etc.. This is good for the lawyers but not good for the law. I once spoke to an older judge and he said the following: "The law is only though for people doing something wrong once in there lifetime, while the real criminals are jocking with it." Bert
