Yes, they have partnered on the Scotia shelf. EEE gets $10.5 mil US and KMG gets exploration rights.

EEE doesn't have the money for that kind of exploration right now anyways, so it's a win-win scenario. I am quite happy as it allows EEE to further increase the development of it's substantial Alberta foothills prospects.

For those who don't follow canadian operations, the Scotian Shelf looks to be the next North Sea. Some big discoveries have been made. The NG produced will benefit the NE US through the Northeast Maritimes pipeline that was recently completed. New NG, and new markets. Great for NG but expect HO usage to decline steadily over the next decade.
