Well said, Tom. Those that started this topic are all active traders for the most part. The group stays in contact for the most part and rarely checks in here. The archives of this and other TA topics offer a wealth of knowledge. Reading them can open many doors. But you get out of anything what you put into it. Beginners become instant experts and sometimes don't do their homework. A simplistic book like Elder's is taken as gospel without testing the ideas presented. The real power of TA grows when brain cells are activated and you go beyond the basics. Teach,Learn, and Share was basis of the topic. A number of the group did this for over 7 years on the net. Now it is time for others to step up to the job.
