My thoughts are that under $50 it was a no-brainer to buy. My concern is that I think that BlueTooth technology is at least 4-5 years away, rather than 2-3 years as I originally thought.

Can XTND stay a leader, or will some big boy take over?

It is the delay and the cost of the technology implementation (chips) that gives me some concern. I think that the cost of the technology will have to come down to the $5 range before it can be a mainstream technology; I think that we are very far from this price threshold.

My views have changed over the last couple of weeks re: the timetable for mass appeal of BlueTooth and XTND.

MH,

I like this company, but these MM are really manipulating this with such a small float. I regretted selling at 86 early last week, then watched it go back to 115 late last week. My decision was a good one, in retrospect, although I wanted to hold this for LT appreciation. I am happier now, though, with the gain I did take from my purchase in the low 30's.

Yesterday, this stock was DOWN 50% at it.s nadir, the spread hovers at 3 or more points, and it's down today because the mentality is flight to quality today.

We don't have to deal with this crap. If the MM's aren't going to make a reasonable market, I am not going to pay their spread. I've gone on the bid a couple of times for reasonable money over the current bid, but never get filled.

Oh well. Best of luck all.

Steve
