Right on cue the NASDAQ bounced back off the overhead downtrend line. Was heading down with some speed. If it falls through the open of 4025 without pausing then it would likely fall to that messy area from Jan lows around the 3960 range.

Hmmm... It is pausing at the open and is even bouncing now. It is early, but that's a pretty good early sign. See if this bounce can go bullish through that overhead trend line at around 4090-4100.

(Chief: I know this sort of thing is not exactly in keeping with the thread header. My only apropos "Pearly White" actions this morning were placing a stinker bid in for KCA and MYT. If you consider this sort of post to be distracting, then just send me a PM.)

Actually i am surprised Nas backlash was as mild as it was. It fell only 130 points...I thought at least 160......recovery was quick to -75 which is not the best thing in the world, but if it stays down but steady....than a consolidation phase will set in followed by slow accumulation by retail
