I just got in and markets are doing just as I figured they would.People who didn't get a chance to sell yesterday because of work or other things will have that emotion "FEAR" set in and there will be continued selling to-day.I expect a close on the Nasdaq lower and the TSE and a nice bump on the DOW as money does it's flight to quality. I can't help but think that fund managers who have been preaching the "bursting of the bubble" will happen(read we missed it the first time)are just sitting there watching the charts on a number of selected tech stocks and looking for bottom as they rub their hands together.(As a note some funds have been setting as high as 30% cash where allowed.) These same institutions and funds will be buying selected stocks near bottoms and then they will be all over the TV saying that there are good quality companies out there in the tech sector.This will draw money out of the blue chips back into tech's as the buying by the funds pushes the stocks back up. I remember 1987(july and August) and I remember exactly where I was.I also remember having clients invest on the 23rd of the month after the fall on the 19th.Wish you could see there portfolios now. Enough said.If you have cash look for the companies in the tech sector with earnings and potential growth and sit for a bit. The Osprey
