This is like saying it is better for the state to have control of all our money and decision making because we can not be trusted to do the "right" thing. It wasn't that long ago that we didn't have state sponsored lotteries and small stakes gambling behind every tree and on anything that floats. Are you saying we are much better off now that all these dopes are dumping their money this way? No way!! The organized crime in this case is government sanctioned and because as DMA pointed out it effects people from all classes and sectors of society the king will continue to brag about his new cloths and we will not have a loud enough voice to be heard.
