Insci-statements sees revenues below expectations
WESTBOROUGH, Mass., April 4 (Reuters) - Citing delayed purchases on new products, Insci-statements.com Corp. (NasdaqSC:INSI - news) said Tuesday its preliminary fourth-quarter and fiscal-year revenues were below expectations.

The company, which develops, installs and services electronic information and document management systems, expects revenue for the three months ended March 31 to be about $1.6 million, while revenue for the year is expected to be about $11 million.

``We began offering our products as an ASP, or Application Service Provider, during the March quarter, and this caused some potential customers to delay purchases pending evaluation of the new service,' said Chief Executive Dr. Ted Prince.

Company shares closed off 13/16 to 4-1/2 in trading on the Nasdaq.
