Curious that Osha would only upgrade to a near term accumulate when targeting a 2x gain in the stock price. That's a near term BUY in my book. So, I guess that is what is keeping the stock in check. People are "accumulating", not "buying". Well, I say, let them accumulate. I'll sit back and watch.
