They won't get any of my homemade potato doughnuts!! I will save that for the porch. Yes, Tom, you called the Abbey Ho action. As long as we know this game, we can watch from the sidelines.
BTW, smart advice on only 20% margin!! I listened.
And continue to study at the Porch Academy.

Voltaire: Any one who does not believe the markets are manipulated and controlled by the houses just has to look at the last 10 days. With Abby's comments we have now come full circle. You should be over watching the Masters instead of this crap.

<<Today will be a Doughnut day at the Houses.>>

V: The Houses realize investor confidence in the market must not be lost....they will ramp up their supportive comments, IMO. Who's making money in this wildly turbulent environment <G>? The Houses....They love it when the nervous investors and Fund Managers are churning like there is no tomorrow....The commission income for the Houses is booming. Yet, there is one problem with the current environment....The Houses (like MSDW, ML and Goldman) make their BIGGEST profits off the internet IPOs....The investment sentiment for the hundreds of IPOs they were supposed to fascilitate this year is really not good at all....Many will be delayed and some will be cancelled. IMO, Abbey and some of the other 'talking heads' went too far....it will take a while for the IPO market come roaring back. I'm not worried that the I-Bankers will go hungry though...;-)

Best Regards,

Scott
