You weren't much help. Like everyone who looks for what they want to see, I was counting on you saying Citrix's tornado would start tomorrow. :)

You mentioned Fed Ex caving. I assume you know that already happened.

After making that quick response to your post (as I still haven't had time to do anything but take a quick browse over the last weeks postings - more of a quick scroll) I did think back and remember a Citrix comment I made to a similar question last summer - or at least following the Q3 CC when revenue growth continued to slow. It was something like look for the Tornado when Windows 2000 gets rolling.

Well, Windows 2000 is out, selling, and working its way into the market. How fast is it moving? I haven't the foggiest. But Meta-frame sales ought to begin to accelerate with Windows 2000 implementations. At least in regards to the Enterprise side.

But, as for a Tornado where it really counts (long-term stock appreciation). I just did a comparison of all 8 of the stocks in my portfolio over the last 3 years. CTXS edged out NTAP as best return on $2000 for this period of time. Now nobody can argue that NTAP is not in a Tornado. What happens when CTXS really begins to swirl?

Happy faces all around I would think.
