FARMINGDALE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 5, 2000--DataWorld Solutions Inc. (OTCBB: DWLD - news) (Frankfurt - VRX), manufacturer and distributor of electronic cable, accessories, and custom cable assemblies for data, voice and video communications systems, today announced it has signed an agreement with ADC Telecommunications, Inc.

(Nasdaq-ADCT). ADC is a multi-billion dollar manufacturer of hardware and software systems and integrated solutions that enable customers to build and upgrade communications networks.
