on days like yest or today (as messed up as the exchanges are), it doesn't matter where you're getting quotes from.
definitely don't put in mkt orders even if you have a good idea of where all 4 exchanges are on your equity options. I fear ppl who have done mkt orders on options in the past w/ good fills are getting nailed yest and today.

the prices my trades went off at were either w/in reasonable quotes at the time or other trades went off around them. in addition, they weren't auto executed, so I doubt my 'test' trade(s) will get busted. (famous last words :-)

anyone else notice VIX is hovering above 30 this morning?
