Vi- I've adjusted my USPIX holding so many times I lost track of where I was with it at one point. Prior to my recent vacation I put it back on (though a smaller position) and decided to leave it alone...I've come to think of it as insurance--like homeowner's or car. Yesterday it was looking pretty good...untill that "astounding" engineered turnaround. I should have made a small fortune.<ggg> But your right. It won't happen. Not with that kind of intervention. The best I can hope for is what heinz described as a '37 style grinding bear. And that's OK. If that happens, in the late fall this year, I'll wake up one morning to substantial gains rather than a decimated portfolio...and I'll sleep better at night in the mean time.
