Tero,

<< cue for Eric to have his "BAM is cool!" session now >>

I'm just learning how to spell "Verizon".

... and looking forward to the day that they offer a mobile with one more band (900 MHz) and one more mode (GSM) in addition to the tri-mode models they just announced to complement the new rate plans.

Realizing that this won't happen tomorrow, I'm also hoping that the auxiliary battery required, will be smaller than a house, and Nokia will provide the mobile.

... as robotically predictable as ever <g>

Tero,

Have any non-GSM service providers signed GPRS contracts? Are there any trials using GPRS with TDMA? Has BellSouth, SBC or AT&T wireless committed to GPRS for their 2.5G solution? Are you convinced that WAP is going to be the standard for wireless web brousing? When will the first GPRS system go commercial and where (who) will it be.

Thanks
Pete
