Well OK Greg, since you asked.
I think NCS was a bottom fish in Jan. at 15 cents. From a quick look at the chart it's clearly not that anymore. It's likely to be very volatile in the near future and there is significant downside (and upside) risk. Its future is tied to MMI and to a much lesser degree (right now) the diamond play. The recent drop in NCS's share price put it into the range of fair value.
