FLC - Great Profit Potential

I knew that if I recommended FLC, a CERTAIN party would find fault! So I've linked StreetAdvisor.com recommendations over the past couple of weeks; SO , someone else would recommend FLC. Hey it worked!

OPEC Focuses on Price, not Production
Mar 29 2000
The agreement announced by the Organization of Petroleum Organization of Petroleum [OPEC] yesterday increases production by 1.4m barrels per day [b/d] and is in line with expectations. This is bullish for energy and our buy rated stocks are shown in the table below. The new production quotas, including the current estimated overproduction of about 1.5m b/d, will be less than the approximate 2.5m b/d imbalance between production and consumption.
Statements about a focus on a price range of $20 to $25 indicate the importance of price, not volume, to OPEC producers. The energy minister of Venezuela said OPEC would review production if prices move beyond an unspecified price band for 20 days. We continue to believe sustained crude oil prices in this range will generate higher earnings for energy companies that would drive a multi-year drilling cycle and be very bullish for energy and energy service stocks.
Our recommendations with target prices are listed in the following table.
