Quick response, you don't have to respond to it:
Saying the market is efficient is saying nothing without constraints on the time taken to reach an appropriate price for the stock. And since the true value of the company can constantly change due to new events, the market may never catch up. Until it's too late and investors lose big chunks of their money.
