Howard, those of us who lived through the IFMX meltdown have been quite aware of Phil's presence on the LGTO board. Phil is a salesman, pure and simple. However, Lou Cole is a very different sort of person and he is the last person to say, "Get me revenue, no matter what." It is simply not his style, as you'd know if you heard him on a conference call or met him in person.

What happened at IFMX was serious fraud, driven from the top. As you must recall, it involved such creative moments as booking as revenue what were really barter agreements.

I do not see this sort of nonsense happening at LGTO; it is not the company attitude--if you want a company to watch for this attitude, keep an eye on VRTS. What I see is a salesforce stretched too thin in the last month of the quarter being pushed by a sales manager who has been shown the door.
