ah, email. i didn't catch that it was a prob with email. i don't use outlook, sorry. but there are at least several folks here on the thread that do, so help shall arrive.

[edit: i took a look at outlook express. there's an options choice on the drop down menu under tools. click thru the tabs, starting with general. on general, take note of the defaults displayed at bottom. if not default, make it so. maybe that will do it.]

Try going back to marks lead and when you click on the programs tab try clicking on reset web settings button. This brings up the make ie your default web browser choice on my machine.
