Actually, I think we all agree. The only dissonant note was my mentioning that I could imagine someone claiming that the poor would gamble anyway, and the money would merely go to organized crime. I doubt that is true, that is, in the same volume of business.......

In Illinois at least you can't buy tickets with credit cards slowing gambling on credit. Now the market?? Margin? Bet some that have acquired a taste for filet mignon are now savoring macaroni and cheese.
