With over 11 million shares issued to merge with Mysimon; the market makers will probably pull back for the new stockholders to sell their holdings.

The question is whether Mysimon has a clause on the number of shares which has to meet the minimum stock valuation after merger. More shares for less stock value?

New Nasdaq trading data released for the March period shows Morgan Stanley lead replaced by Merrill Lynch. This may account for the dismal stock prices. Merrill Lynch pulled back Dell, and is doing the same style of market making to pull back CNET.
