It's interesting that they have Tennessee leaning toward Bush.

Best wishes,

Job growth jumps/EDIT(s)

8:35 a ET

The U.S. economy created 416,000 jobs in March, the government said Friday, above average Wall Street
forecasts for an increase of 375,000 and February's revised figure of 7,000. The unemployment rate held steady at 4.1 percent.

Average hourly wages rose a nickel to $13.60, a bit more than expected.

My Comments:

Note: I saw some forecasts/surveys were for 400,000?

Also, temporary Census workers were expected to add about 80,000(?) in both March and April actuals. (Not sure if "expectations" included those people or not).

Also, saw this headline:

08:30 MARCH NONFARM PAYROLLS EXCLUDING CENSUS WORKERS 299,000 (...i.e., versus the 416,000 reported)
