Anyone got a current crude quote (May WTI)? If crude can rally on bearish API numbers we may see a good bounce here. Nothing spectacular mind you, just a pop back into the 27ish territory. But still I think crude is starting to set in a bottom. Way oversold, probably a lot of shorts out there that OPEC can screw to the wall right now. Refiners probably starting to take a look here as well.

FYI...OEI is set to come back a little faster than most of the oil companies due to position in Gulf exploration status. I was on a SCUBA diving trip with one of the upper Mgt. of company last year and he said that the had invested his whole IRA in OEI. That got my attention and I have been in ever since. Many of the brokers with AG Edwards etal have high hopes for OEI several place targets at $20.00 soon. I think $30.00 is just as possible since there production was based on budget of $15.00 barrel last year and the profits grow at high ranges if it is $20.00 or 25.00 barrel.
