Euroweb International Corp.'s Clarification Regarding
Its Revenues Report for Fiscal Year 1999

NEW YORK, April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Euroweb International Corp. (Nasdaq: EWEB - news) reported through its Chairman, Frank R. Cohen, that Internet sales for Fiscal 1999 were $1,233,567, which only included revenues of six months from one Czech company and an average of five months from three Slovakian operations. The sales figure did not include revenues from its one Hungarian operation, two Romanian pending acquisitions, or from its largest Slovakian pending acquisition. The Company expects to have a revenue stream in the second and third quarters of 2000 from these pending acquisitions. The revenues from the one Hungarian operation were not included, since Euroweb International Corp. reported its 49% ownership on the equity method. Had the $3,091,486 of Internet sales of its 49% owned Hungarian operation been included, the total revenues would have been $4,325,053.
