In my opinion, that says GT is effectively sold already.

Hi BWAC - thanks, it is a good PR. I ve said it once, does anyone know who is CNC investment banker? It looks like this IB is doing CNC a disservice by not thoroughly thinking thru the ramifications [in the environment where sell first ask later prevails!]
