Hi TD - yes, this is closing the door after the horse left the barn. In retrospect, I think the problem lies more in CNC mgt than her investment banker! biz.yahoo.com I don't really know why mgt has such a knack for self destruction. One would think, hey, their a*s is riding on the stock price, they must think things thru before releasing the Mar 31 PR. One possible explanation is that they were concerned about the reaction to their Apr 14 10K filing and have tried to pre-empted that. Unfortunately, they don't realise that people have lost so much confident in them that everything they say would be taken in the worst possible light! If the conjecture is true, I don't know how they can go about changing people's psychology. best, Bosco p.s. my apology for being so worked up :)
