Dear Microsoft employees on the thread: Microsoft in my opinion has an obligation to us stockholders to expose the tone of last Q business when stock dropped 25% in one week. I am sick of this "talking down" the company I respected for 4 years now and staunchly following.

The comments about sending the case directly to Supreme Court is the best news I have heard about this case. It will iritate the appeals courts even more!!!!

Now if it goes to appeals court or if by chance the supreme rejects Jackson's idea---we have an angry Appeals Court!

If Jackson elects to go the normal route, the Appeals Court judges will still be ticked off! He has already insulted their judgement by his comments and his ruling.

On a overall basis, MSFT's odds have just gotten better.
