Speaking of Bill Gates and crusty behavior, here's my take on "our"* Grand Victory:

It was the DOJ and 19 other states after pre-suit negotiations. Many of those states have Republican governors and Republican attorneys general. The trial lawyers have nothing to do with bringing this suit

And none of these people, on whichever side you wish to make your target, are now and never have been members of the Trial Lawyers' Association in their states?

It didn't start this way (or maybe it did), but it has now become a full-lawyer employment act, wrought by a Clinton DoJ. The fees dished up from the public trough alone will be enough to fund one HELL of a lot of innovation if it had remained in private hands. Instead it'll be going to lawyers' sailboats and boob jobs for their wives and/or girlfriends.

*"our" being the American people, since we voted these clowns into office TWICE!!!!!!!!!!

PS Any lack of testosterone is a direct result of Opening Day. Most men have been away at the ballpark, and probably stopping on the way home at bars that feature shoe modeling on a high stage.

PPS That, and getting my testes handed to me by the trading junkies who have moved to tech, to smokestack, to tech and back to smokestack in the space of two weeks. Don't these people have jobs? Or baseball teams?
