In the interest of starting a dialogue on Big Brother and the market, I'll ask you the same question I put to Wayne.

What do you make of the wave of index buying that came out of Goldman and Merrill at 1:10 on Tuesday? To me it looked a lot like the Tuesday after the crash in 1987 - same thing only they used the now defunct "missles" or XMI futures in 87. I am not big on conspiracy theory - but this looked strange.

Mike/All:

Finding this to be a very difficult market. Micron has once again succeeded in taking my money. It is amazing that they consider it such a strong buy in spite of dram pricing. Are you looking at puts or waiting out some of the volatility ?

On the long side, I noticed you had bought calls on BXM, are you still positive on them as they have declined some 20% in the past week or so.

Also, what do you consider the best plays in the energy field. At one time, you liked BR / UCL do you still ?

thanks
