But certainly I...and, as you well know, I took a lot of heat from the likes of pauL, youseF...etc for such optimism.

BTW Does anyone know what carL mehR is doing lately?

Let us not congratulate ourselves too hard, this race is far from over yet.

When was it announced that Dirk Meyer would disclose the Athlon at that fatefull June meeting? Or that it would be intro'd at speeds "above" 600 MHz. Those were telling moments for me which got me over the gloom of the K6-3 disaster. Probably fortunately, I didn't have any more money to invest until November.
