CJ; Keep it coming. It does me heart good to hear some solid thought since the invasion of the aliens occurred the other day. Where do these guys come from and what is there interest? Are they trying to save us from investing in a company that turns in stellar earnings qrtr. after qrtr.? Or are they trying to save us from being involved in a great conspiracy to take over the world and establish Redmond as the capital of this new world order. JFD

"I suspect the law has become obsolete"

Not really, when MSFT began giving away their browser everyone knew something was not right and there should be some kind of law against that.
Example: You own the largest auto maker in the world & some other small company starts turning out electric cars & builds up a good market. Then you start making the same product & decide you will drive that company out of business by giving away your electric cars. Your company will survive off the income of gas burning autos, while the small company gets driven out of business.
