VRKL poised for major growth?

I am really intrigued by VRKL's new CFO (see story below).

After what Ronald Sibold did at SCI, he must have had some very persuasive reasons to make the move to VRLK. Maybe they are anticipating the kind of expansion that SCI undertook. If they see the need for someone of Sibold's calibre, they must be fairly bullish. Also, I would imagine they offered major stock options to Sibold as part of his compensation package, which means that he is probably bullish as well on the basis of what they showed him.

During his tenure at SCI, Mr. Sibold was responsible for securing over $3 billion in capital to finance SCI's rapid revenue growth from $1 billion to over $8 billion. He drove Wall Street awareness of the company by improving relationships in the investment community and greatly increasing financial analyst coverage. His multinational financial responsibilities at SCI involved 37 plants in 17 countries.
