Hi Chop,
Since the E*folks will be doing some reprogramming soon and
they value your/our input, maybe you/we could offer some
suggestions to help improve the process.

1. Offer a "No Re-confirm" checkbox and let us specify the
price range that is acceptable to us. The upper limit
is the limit price on the IOI order and we would specify
our lower limit. If it prices outside our range, above
or below, we are ineligible unless we re-confirm.

2. Allocate shares in four specialty rounds and a fifth
general allocation.

10% Platinum only - Reward active accounts
10% Oldie-but-Goldies - Reward older accounts
10% Shareholders only - Reward E*trade shareholders
10% Virgins only - Accounts that never received an IPO
60% General allocation - All eligible

3. Specify in the "Account Alert" the rounds in which the
account participated and, if applicable, which round
resulted in the allocation. Ineligible accounts should
receive a notice detailing their ineligibility (flipper
jail, insufficient funds) prior to the allocation.

I appreciate your efforts and wish you success with your
website.

Thanks,
Dan
