I agree that the TSE trading overshadows what happens in the US by far. Still, I think that the Japanese markets look to the US for leadership very often so what happens in the US has some influence. In any case, the World markets for Softbank shares may display temporary differences for short time intervals, but the prices will all converge eventually. Our discussion is really about trivia in the long term. Some of these factors are important to people when they are about to buy or sell so I would advocate trying to buy or sell when the market is not constrained by artificial limits for most people. I think we probably share a dislike for market makers who can manipulate the prices into a risk free bonanza for themselves.
