I was just kidding with your name in it Glenn....you did explain to me what happened..... What I meant was that once upon a time people betted heavily and weren't afraid to go on margin for their convictions (and believe me you are not the only one I know who had a position which went on margin - long or short), but the volatility taught everyone not to bet the farm on the margin, or even to quickly change position when the margin got too big.... Even I used to take a lot of margin, but learnt the lesson...(except this once where I got trapped nice and good - talk about my awful luck)......!!!!
