OT - Zoltan, you say the suit was initiated by the Clinton Administration - Not quite correct - It was the DOJ and 19 other states after pre-suit negotiations. Many of those states have Republican governors and Republican attorneys general. The trial lawyers have nothing to do with bringing this suit. Orrin Hatch brought political pressure to take action against Microsoft as did Oracle and Sun. Many states with Democratic governors and Democratic attorneys general refused to participate. Don't try to make this into action by the Democrats alone or the Trial Lawers because that charge is not supported by the facts.

From briefing.com:Cisco Systems (CSCO 72 -1 1/8) Rumors of accounting regularities at the networking equipment maker evoked profit-taking going into the close. Probability is that reports are groundless, but no question they were responsible for dragging down techs in the last hour... In extended trading, CSCO shares slipped another 1/2 point.
