That theory is corroborated by a few guests on CNBC who indicated that most of the major money flows from tax refunds, etc. is ALREADY in the market.

Most of the increase now come in the goverment's piggy bank as we all send in our taxes for ST trading profits.

For most of us, that means a decrease of disposable income to trade with since we just wrote the checks to "United States Treasury" for Tax due AND for Quaterlys......
