Molly-boy, You are the one who's been trying to make the tiresome point that the lack of concern ERICY by shareholders over the TDMA lawsuits against Harris and IDC somehow reveal some mysterious clue about the the way the lawsuits are progressing. At some point, I have to assume that the sheer idiocy of that way of thinking has to hit you. You walk erect, right? ROFLMAO. I mean, it's not like the information is not readily available for a creative thinker like you to make up your own mind especially since Cybor is the controlling case law in patent litigation today.
