I was trying to be funny. By acting upon our expectations, we set in motion the process of learning. Knowledge is practice; it is "knowing how" rather than "know that". Therefore, as a matter of survival and without any formal training, market participants will develop knowledge. Competition will weed out those individuals whose habits tend to generate inappropriate responses to market signals, and induce rational habits in successful individuals, even if they do not understand why these habits are successful. So what do you expect from Tower? Nothing. I haven't learned anything about TSEM.
