Today, Japanese conglomerate Mitsubishi and Sandisk Corporation of the United States today in a joint news conference announce that Mitsubishi will purchase Sandisk for $500 per share and will acquire all of Sandisk's lucrative Flashcard Patent Portfolio. Now that's what I'd like to hear!
