Why are only 2 big firms involved? Why aren't more involved? Doesn't it seem unfair to the other houses to be sidelined when this would indicate that the firms involved have a huge advantage over the competition. Do the firms on the team change according to which party is in power?

If nightline did a piece on this and were able to produce facts and evidence it could shake the world markets beyond repair
