Whats worse in all this is, I could not reach anyone who could tell me for certain what to do, or what will happen. Just that someone will call me back in 30 mins.. Which was 2-3 days ago.. No email, no phone calls, dont have a clue whats going on. I have had multiple cancelled orders execute and my equity dropped to under 20% because of it, I sold them at market for big losses since no one at track would tell me what would happen other than I placed the orders so what do I want to do now. If I had kept those positions my equity would have dropped to less than 5%. Even the brokers tell you one thing, but its not reliable. I had a sell order for an option that did not execute last friday, and I cancelled it, I called and was adamant about finding out exactly what happened, I repeated the same question over 5 times to make him call and check, If I still had it or not. He said the PUT was NOT sold, I still had it in my account, will not be executed.. Guess what.. On monday it was gone from my account, time/sales/volume info showed the exchange had traded it.. No confirmations on the execution, its as if it didnt exist. Forget about trading, How can you do anything if no one I can reach at track is able to make a decision or tell me what is going to happen or will happen. I took almost a 25% hit just on tuesday because of this. I figure loosing 25% is better than waiting for Trac to get back to me when ever and by then be out 100%. Then on wednesday one of the double executions was reversed, I think it was one of the executions I called a broker to complain about but at the time he said I had the position and it was mine to do with as I wish and I entered the buy order and I ended up being short on it, Now I loose twice on it. Luckly the stock went down again, but the brokers at trac was not able to tell me what to do either AGAIN. So I covered it. No call back about that either. Oh forgot to mention, the position showed up in my account, But I could not do anything with it. Had to call in to go flat on it, In a market like the last few days, pretty much only thing you can do is buy/sell at market.

My last email to them was CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND GET ME THE HELL OUT! I dont want to end up owing them money.
