Good analysis Ike: The Nasdaq is showing every sign of a turnaround... chart.bigcharts.com The price is above its 13 period MA... MACD and momentum are positive... Any possible further downside test would occur at the 3600 to 3800 level and set up a bullish double bottom... Although, that doesn't look likely right now...
