Thanks for the good link. I got hurt bad in that one, at the time the company I worked for had a retirement plan that
was all in company stock. They sold our division to an English company and we were given a window(think six months)
to sell all our vested stock to convert to the new companies
plan the only choice we had was the date, we had to sell.
The stock was hit hard and never recovered in the time frame we had.
