Have you been rubbing some VIX on your chest

Have to admit VIX looks bullish in here short-term. What I think may be much more significant longer term is the advance-decline line. After two years of relentless decline, it is tracing out a bottoming pattern and just recently has started to make higher highs and higher lows. This is reflected in Mr. BSL's bullish P&F outlook. Now I would normally be looking for a retest of Monday's lows sometime this month, but I note that everyone else is looking for it as well and I swear Elian's father mentioned it in Spanish this morning but it didn't make it past the interpreter, so I think the retest is questionable for right now.

Interesting chart
stockpoint.com

Clearly shows how "speculation" was wrung out of one sector while the other sector just saw a "health restoring" correction. Sure glad I've kept my semi's. I STILL think many are cheap on a relative basis. Bio - great ideas and great future but probably wouldn't invest there with YOUR money. 8) (I like to invest where I see earnings except for my very tip of the investment risk Pyramid.)

Can you EVER remember a major index moving 20% in 2 days before???? stockpoint.com
VERY interesting to me that the semi index corrected almost exactly 20%...
