Yamakita, That's good that DoCoMo be picky [or prickish] about what they decide is legit, because it will keep quality up. DoCoMo still needs content to generate sales, so they will accept all sorts of things. In the end, they'll accept what their subscribers want to look at, or their CDMA competitors will do it and get all the subscribers.

How to turn a buck from it? By advertising the snowboarding tours [of which Tarken owns half], by selling advertising to CDMA phone retailers [the people who will read eigokyoshitsu.com will be a very, very desirable WWeb handset buying teenage group with heaps of purchasing power - DDI will sell most of their handsets via this url!!], by advertizing overseas holidays, language schools and other stuff. I see they have a banner ad for Italian tailored clothing - you put your measurements in and I guess they send you an Italian dress [I suppose it's mostly women would want Italian clothes].

Advertizing here:
eigokyoshitsu.com

It looks good to me, but I can't read Nihongo des ka.

Meanwhile, apparently the i-mode site has a glitch, so I'm not sure that that part is working at present.

Thanks for your comments. Any advice appreciated - you can write direct to Tarken at info@eigokyoshitsu.com and do it in Japanese what's more!

It's interesting seeing an e-company develop up close.
