LT If you have read your messages from the "subject marks" area and then for some reason went to the SI home page you will see Inbox showing messages but if you have already read and deleted, filed or responded they will no longer be there. I thought too that I was losing messages until I realized that for some reason they are not clearing off the SI home page. It's a bug that has to be fixed. :-) JD
