Rich: Thanks for the write-up. Having been too far away from my point of Level II access to truly see the players conducting their machinations, still the machinations were/are quite apparent. As such, I agree with your

"not to be complacent with the price at any level; until the evidence is more apparent to the investment community at large......"

Yup...one must certainly be careful of the C.C., INCA "got'cha's". They seem to still be around(based on what I see of the ask action)....almost as if they take what VLNC the company is doing personally somehow. Keeping a cap, so to speak, until maximum possible margin pressures can applied to fruition. You think somebody's still steaming over past negotiations, the outcome of which were....NYET? ;-)

Even if this is the case, I view any dips into the teen's as a screaming buy opportunity to add to core holdings...not to mention the opportunity it provides to trade a block or two, or three, above core amounts.

Regards!

John~

Thanks Rich. I wish I had more buying power. We know the shorts worked the price down to this level for their own benefit and it is now ridiculously low.

Anyone with some buying power should accumulate through the 20's to take advantage of the short's efforts to deprive them of some of their spoils, especially since we should be close to one or more positive news releases.

Keep up the good work!

Regards from FMK

Thanks Rich: Great work....You've really put some time in to your analysis...A lot different than Zeev's on the fly, knee jerk turnips...

Good Luck,
